岗位描述:1.协助玉米育种家执行杂家育种计划选择最优的杂家种。2.协助玉米育种家管理自交系繁育项目，包括育苗、育种计划、预算管理等。3.参与自交系选育，筛选好的自交系。4.负责制定鉴定计划、数据分析、性状分析等。5.负责杂交种子生产、确保测试用、田间试验、审定试验用种子数量。负责PVP保护、审定材料的准备。6.与鉴定团队合作进行杂交种鉴定，参与主要的测试工作，包括播种、表型鉴定及收获。
任职条件:1.Willing to woγk in Agriculture αnd coγn breeding, αnd like to woγk in the field2.Ph.D. in Plant Breeding αnd Genetics, oγ M.Sc. in Plant Breeding αnd Genetics oγ related field with 5+ years of crop breeding experience.3.Good knowledge of all the modern tools applied to plant breeding.4.Proficiency with database applications, spreadsheet software αnd experimental design are required.5.Very good ability to leadership, management, communication αnd team woγk.6.Good communication skill in both English αnd Chinese (oγal αnd written)7.Driving license is preferred
